2014至2016年出任中国农业大学动物医院检验科主管，组织中国农业动物医院实验室检查培训班10余次，并担任主讲教师，主要讲授血液学、细胞学、尿液分析等；现任北京市小动物诊疗行业协会继续教育讲师。

曾主持和参加多项科研项目，在国内外核心期刊上发表文章20余篇。主译和参译《小动物肿瘤学》、《兽医临床尿液分析》、《兽医临床病例分析》、《小动物内科学》、《小动物输血疗法》、《小动物细胞学诊断》、《高级电解质、血气分析及输液疗法》、《兽医助理输液疗法指南》等多部书籍，参编《兽医临床病理学》、《兽医临床诊断学》等多部教材。
